1. The playbook
The "How to Buy a Car Wash" playbook is provided by Hedgestone Business Advisors as educational content only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Acquiring a business is a complex transaction and you should retain qualified professionals (attorney, CPA, business broker) before acting on anything in the playbook.
2. License to use the playbook
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the playbook and use it for your own business decisions. You may share the link with others. You may not republish, resell, or pass off the content as your own.
3. Email communications
If you tick "Email me future playbooks & deal alerts," you consent to receive periodic emails from Hedgestone (typically 1–2 per month). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; opt-outs are processed within 10 business days, as required by CAN-SPAM.
4. SMS / text message communications
If you tick "Text me when a high-quality car wash hits the market," you give Hedgestone express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, to send you marketing text messages at the phone number you provided, including via automated technology. Specifically:
- Frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
- Carrier disclaimer: message and data rates may apply; consult your wireless plan for details.
- Opt out: text STOP to any message at any time. We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: text HELP for assistance, or email info@hedgestone.com.
- Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of receiving the playbook or any other purchase or service.
By providing your phone number you represent that you are the subscriber to that number, or that you have the subscriber's permission to provide it.
5. Truthful information
You agree to provide accurate, current information. Submitting a fake name, someone else's email, or a phone number you don't own is prohibited and may be unlawful (including under the TCPA, where applicable).
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or attack this site. Don't use automated tools (bots, scripts, headless browsers) to submit the form. We log abuse attempts and reserve the right to block IP addresses and pursue legal remedies.
7. No warranty
The playbook and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hedgestone disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hedgestone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the playbook or this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case our total liability shall not exceed US$100.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
